2023: Project No. G 55331: “Providing the Uninterrupted Functioning of the E-Learning Platform “All-Ukrainian Online School” in the Context of War“
The project’s objective was to formulate scientific, methodological, and practical approaches to ensure the smooth operation and development of the distance and blended learning platform “All-Ukrainian Online School” (AOS). This guarantees equal and free access to quality educational content for every Ukrainian pupil and teacher amidst russia’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine. Additionally, the project explored ways to enhance the protection of personal data for registered AOS users and the educational content on the platform. Methodological approaches were developed to identify the location (including the country of residence) of students and to assess the extent of coverage of general secondary education for pupils among internally and externally displaced persons in the context of the war.
2023: Project No. SG54982: “Strengthening data protection (including personal data) of the “Automated Information Complex of Educational Management” (AICEM) in the conditions of war”.
The aim of the project was to develop methodological and practical approaches to increase the effectiveness of data protection for educational process participants (including personal data) by improving the comprehensive system of countering cyber threats that impede the sustainable operation of the state integrated information system of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, AICEM, in the context of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine. In particular, a security audit of the AICEM enabled the identification of necessary improvements, which in turn facilitated the strengthening of control over information flows, facilitated the detection of network intrusion attempts, and prevented unauthorised access to the system’s resources.
2022: Project No. SG54460: “Implementation of the functionality of the IRC information system to increase the transparency of the work of inclusive resource centres (Stage 2)”.
The project developed methodological approaches to automating optimised statistical reporting in the inclusive education segment. This ensures that both the parent and teacher communities are better informed about the processes and trends in inclusive education. This, in turn, enables parents to make more informed decisions about the place and conditions of education for children with special educational needs, and teachers to better understand parental requirements and general trends in inclusive education. The availability of data to state and regional officials will facilitate the formulation of more informed management decisions based on reliable information.
2021: Project No. SG54116: “Modernisation of administrative reporting in the field of inclusive education in accordance with the requirements of parents, teachers and managers and its approval by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine”.
The project carried out a comprehensive study to identify areas for improving statistical reporting in the field of inclusive education. The main outcome of the project was the improvement of the reporting form No. 1-IRC, commonly referred to as the “Inclusive Resource Centre Report”, in accordance with the expectations of the parent, teacher and manager communities and the approval of the revised form by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
2020: Project No. SG53767 “Development of an inclusive education indicators module for informing parent and teacher communities and management (Stage 1: Creation of technical specifications)”.
As part of the project implementation, the technical task for the development of the inclusive education indicators module for informing the parent and teacher community and management was developed and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The timely and high-quality preparation of the technical task, together with the prompt consideration of proposals from the educational community (representatives of Inclusive Resource Centres, educational departments, and parents) during public discussions, resulted in the technical task not only being approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine but also being endorsed by Order No. 1408 of 13 November 2020.
2019: Project No. SG53429 aimed at increasing the level of competence of IT specialists at the SSI “Institute of Educational Analytics” within the framework of professional training.
