Participated in the Researches “Models of Decision Making in the Formation of Tax Policy in Ukraine”, “Medium-Term Forecasting of Consolidated Budget Revenues” for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Andrii Lytvynchuk was directly related to the Virtual University of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (2011-2013) and the Center for the Development of Competences of the Financial Sector Employees of the SSEI “Academy of Financial Management” of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, where among the main responsibilities he was also responsible for determining the suitability of the employees’ qualifications to occupied positions. 2017 – 19.09.2023 – Deputy Director of the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Educational Analytics”. In recent years, Sergiy Londar has developed an approach to improving education management using evidence-based educational statistics and analytics. Methodological approaches have been developed to improve tools for the collection, processing and dissemination of educational information necessary for the management bodies with the use of modern national information systems– SHC “AICOM” and AS IRC. The methodology for the creation of relevant educational databases, which are widely used in the work of the departments of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has been modernized. He is a scientific expert on the financial support of human capital development and a member of the specialized academic councils in the specialty “Money, Finance and Credit” which carry out the thesis training for graduate students and doctoral students at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman and the State educational and Scientific Institution “Academy of Financial Management”. Sergiy Londar is the editor-in-chief of the scientific-practical journal “Educational Analytics of Ukraine”. He is a member of the Editorial Board of “Research Papers NDFI” Journal (Ukraine), “Finance of Ukraine” Journal (Ukraine), during 2018-2019 – a Reviewer of the “Journal of Finance and Accounting” (U.S.) and a member of the Working Group on Education and Science at the Verkhovna Rada Committee. Being a Parliamentary assistant to a Member of Parliament, made a valuable contribution to the development of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” and “On Scientific, Scientific and Technical Activity”.
