On 7 May 2024, the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Educational Analytics” signed an agreement on the connection of the educational information system (EIS) “Vseosvita” to the central database of the software and hardware complex “Automated Information Complex of Educational Management” (AICEM).

“Vseosvita” became the seventh EIS to be integrated into AICEM. Now, educational institutions using this system will be able to automatically transfer school records data to the central database.

Connecting educational platforms to AICEM is an important step in modernizing the sector. This will allow for the following:

• the automation of data collection and processing;
• the freeing up of teachers’ time for key tasks;
• the provision of convenient unified interfaces.

To date, a total of seven information system providers have signed contracts with AICOM: Eddy (Eddy Ukraine LLC), “Single School” (TATL TECHNOLOGIES LLC), Human School (HUMAN LLC), “My School” (IT PRO LLC), “New Knowledge” (New Knowledge LLC), Smart School (Valeriy Kulai, IE), and “Vseosvita” (Vseosvita LLC).

The Ministry of Education and Science recommends choosing EIS from those already connected to AICEM. They meet technical requirements and guarantee the security and reliability of data processing. The list of integrated systems is constantly expanding. Details are available on the AICEM website.
