The SHC “AICEM” is an information and analytical system designed for use by education authorities and institutions. It supports the effective management of educational processes at various levels, including preschool, general secondary, out-of-school, vocational and professional pre-higher education.
The system is established in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1255 of 2 December 2021, “On the Approval of the Regulation on the Software and Hardware Complex ‘Automated Information Complex of Educational Management’”.
In particular, the SHC “AICEM” is primarily used to collect, store, and automatically process educational statistics. It facilitates the allocation of educational subventions, the maintenance of records of preschool- and school-aged children, and the compilation of lists of textbooks selected by educational institutions for further distribution.
The system also simplifies the management of textbook deliveries and maintains records of preschool education institutions.
