Transformation of the Educational Statistics System of Ukraine in the Context of European Integration: Harmonization, Methodology and Instruments

The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of harmonizing Ukraine’s educational statistics under the conditions of European integration processes. The authors analyze the current state of the educational statistics system of Ukraine and identify the main problems of its functioning, including data fragmentation, insufficient consistency of methodological approaches, and limited integration of administrative and statistical information sources. The necessity of harmonizing Ukraine’s educational statistics system in accordance with the requirements of the European Statistical System is substantiated. The monograph also proposes conceptual approaches and practical recommendations for improving Ukraine’s educational statistics system, particularly in terms of developing unified data standards, integrating information resources, and strengthening the analytical component. The results of the study may be used by public authorities, research institutions, and analytical centers to enhance the effectiveness of education governance and ensure its sustainable development in the context of European integration.
