Sergiy Londar is the editor-in-chief of the scientific-practical journal “Educational Analytics of Ukraine”. He is a member of the Editorial Board of “Research Papers NDFI” Journal (Ukraine), “Finance of Ukraine” Journal (Ukraine), a Reviewer of the “Journal of Finance and Accounting” (U.S.) and a member of the Working Group on Education and Science at the Verkhovna Rada Committee.
Being a Parliamentary assistant to a Member of Parliament, made a valuable contribution to the development of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” and “On Scientific, Scientific and Technical Activity”.
Sergiy Londar is a State Debt Management Expert at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
The number of scientific papers – more than 100 scientific, teaching and methodological works, including 17 monographs and study guides.
2 doctoral and 6 candidate’s thesis were defended under the guidance of the Professor Sergiy Londar.

Scientific interests: formation and development of the monitoring system in Ukrainian education, organization and conduction of quantitative and qualitative monitoring researches of the activities and condition of the educational system. Application of narrative analysis in qualitative researches. International comparative studies. In total, more than 50 pedagogical, socio-pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical studies were organized and carried out.

Participated in the Researches “Models of Decision Making in the Formation of Tax Policy in Ukraine”, “Medium-Term Forecasting of Consolidated Budget Revenues” for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Andrii Lytvynchuk was directly related to the Virtual University of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (2011-2013) and the Center for the Development of Competences of the Financial Sector Employees of the SSEI “Academy of Financial Management” of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, where among the main responsibilities he was also responsible for determining the suitability of the employees qualifications to occupied positions.
